  • Completed training as an Operating Theatre Assistant or Health and Nursing Care Professional
  • Solid professional competence and relevant work experience in the operating room
  • Knowledge of sterilization procedures
  • Experience in instrument handling is desirable
  • High sense of responsibility, empathy, and strong patient orientation
  • Commitment, reliability, and ability to work independently
  • Teamwork skills and interest in interdisciplinary work
  • A sufficient proof of immunity according to § 20a IfSG is required for starting work at the facility
