Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or equivalent experience

We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager with a proven track record of delivering results and project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations.

Robust understanding of Supply Chain, Receiving, LSS and Amazon Operations are critical requirements for this role. The role requires innovative thinking balanced with a strong customer and operational focus. You will need to develop new processes, leveraging the best and creating the rest. High judgement, ability to influence, analytical ability, communication skills and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities

This role will own specific area's within Supply Chain in terms of current and future process and metric development and performance.

High levels of interaction with operation teams and partner corporate teams. Ability to deep dive and discover opportunity's and create future proof solutions to improve the business.

You will interact closely with the business team and identify/manage critical projects that improve productivity, increase capacity, and drive efficiency improvements throughout the supply chain.

Overall, you will focus on operational innovation and excellence.

About the team
Amazon Grocery logistics team own the supply chain for both physical and online grocery store formats.

Our mission is to drive high instock and quality levels for our customers while driving down the cost to serve.

We focus relentlessly on inputs and need to be able to influence our upstream and downstream partner teams on behalf of CX.

  • 2+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent education/experience
  • MBA/MS and work experience in dedicated project management highly desired
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, or Microsoft Access
  • Demonstrated experience leading and owning crossfunctional programs
  • Demonstrated experience owning the design, implementation, and optimization of initiatives at scale
