Job Summary
- Responsible for implementing and enhancing an enterprise-wide data governance framework, focusing on data identification, transparency, quality, and protection. Collaborate with various data-focused programs.
- Regularly interact with staff and leaders, advising unit managers and directors.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to data management platform implementation and maintenance.
- Support data governance training capabilities and develop content for communication channels.
- Coordinate data governance structure and policies.
- Develop and review data governance and management policies and procedures.
- Create data quality controls and collaborate with partners in data governance efforts.
- Lead data governance meetings and manage projects to enhance the program.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Other Required Qualifications
- Occasional night and weekend work may be necessary.
Required Experience
- Two to three years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two to three years of experience in data governance or related fields.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Preferred Abilities
- Strong ability to independently manage workload and communicate effectively.
- Ability to maintain and update processes and implement efficient business processes.
Preferred Knowledge
- Experience with data governance platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office.
