Beach Cities ENTS seeks to hire a surgery scheduler to join our team.

The surgery scheduler will be responsible for obtaining all necessary patient information, verifying insurance coverage, and scheduling the appropriate surgical staff and equipment.

Who We Are:

We are a group of Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgeons caring for newborns to the elderly with ENT problems ranging from hearing loss, ear, sinus and throat infections, voice, swallowing and breathing problems, to cancers and tumors of the head and neck.

Beach Cities ENTS is seeking highly motivated, driven, interested medical assistant who wants to work directly with doctors and patients in a busy clinical Ear, Nose and Throat surgery office.

This is an excellent opportunity for exposure and experience to all aspects of medicine including patient care, workflow, and health insurance.

You will learn the ear, nose and throat vocabulary of anatomy, diagnoses, surgeries and treatments. It is a great opportunity for a letter of recommendation and to develop a relationship with a mentor.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour


Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (required)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (required)
