We'll provide comprehensive training to help you deliver exceptional customer service while enjoying the camaraderie of our collaborative team environment.


Location:
White Plains, NY (NOT REMOTE, IN PERSON)

JOB REQUIREMENTS_**:


  • Complete training schedule, (4)weeks paid Monday thru Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Responsibly commute to White Plains for weekday/weekend shifts
  • Must exhibit patience and empathy
  • Basic troubleshooting/technical skills
  • Preferably at least 2 years customer service experience
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency in multitasking highly valued
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong inclination towards collaborative teamwork
  • Possession of a GED or high school diploma are required
  • Employees are required to work a 40hour week, which include a Saturday or Sunday shift

Shift times: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm_
