    Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a well-established Northern Kentucky law firm in its search for a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to assist its busy plaintiff's personal injury litigation practice. This is a direct hire, onsite role out of the firm's Florence, KY offices.

    Primary duties of the Legal Assistant / Paralegal include but are not limited to:

    • Heavy client interaction, performing client intake and keeping clients updated on the status of their cases.
    • Legal document drafting.
    • Preparing and maintaining calendar systems to not miss important deadlines and court appearances.
    • Corresponding with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
    • All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.

    The successful Legal Assistant / Paralegal will have:

    • a Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certification from ABA approved program.
    • Excellent phone etiquette skills
    • Empathy and good listening skills
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and plaintiff's personal injury litigation
    • 1-2+ years of relevant experience.

    Pay Range: $18-22/hour, commensurate with experience; employer-paid health benefits, free parking.
