Description

Bloomberg's social video team is seeking a video producer with experience in social video creation and distribution.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, RESPONSIBLE FOR TWO TASKS:

On the weekend (Sat-Sun) you will play a more general role in helping create, cut, and distribute original and news video across all of Bloomberg Digital's footprint, including on our website and off platform on social.

WE'LL TRUST YOU TO:

Produce and edit engaging video content
Help manage video distribution on Bloomberg social media accounts (Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Apple News, Snapchat, TikTok...)
Work directly with Bloomberg Podcasts production teams to produce socialfirst content

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

5+ years of proven experience as a social media editor in a digital news or broadcast environment

Strong editorial judgment

Experience working with oncamera talent
Exceptional writing and copyediting skills
Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro; a firm grasp of complementary Adobe Creative Cloud software including Photoshop

Salary Range:
USD Hourly

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
