What is the apprenticeship about?

The training of road maintenance workers is versatile and varied. You will, for example, inspect the roadways, guardrails and bridges for damage, repair, asphalt and also ensure a clear path in the winter on our highways.

Highway without a driver's license? Not with us. That's why we will sponsor your driver's license for classes B (car), C and CE (truck with trailer) during your apprenticeship.

What we expect from you:

  • Willingness to learn, work and perform
  • Reliability, teamwork and initiative
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding

What you bring:

  • At least a secondary school leaving certificate or vocational qualification
  • Certificate of good conduct without entries
  • Physical fitness for driving vehicles and for physical work outdoors in all seasons
