Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Your expertise in construction management and your ability to coordinate various aspects of the project will be crucial in ensuring successful completion.

Duties:

Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Manage project budgets and track expenses
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Oversee the hiring and supervision of construction personnel
Implement and enforce safety protocols on site
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Proven experience in construction management or a related field
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid or similar programs
Familiarity with Civil 3D or other design software for project coordination
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
