We are currently seeking a
Team Leader for our Wardrobe Department (m/f/d) to join our six 4-star experience hotels immediately or by arrangement.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing the wardrobe department of the Europa-Park hotels.
You will ensure that our wardrobes are fully stocked this includes regularly conducting and evaluating inventory and ordering (or reordering) clothes.
Together with your team, you will handle sewing and ironing tasks for clothes, pillows, and other equipment within the Europa-Park hotels.
Maintaining our employee uniforms will be your responsibility.
You will oversee the distribution and return of employee uniforms and keep accurate records.
As a team leader, you will foster a positive work environment, train new employees, and handle all administrative and organizational tasks.

Profile:

You value respectful interactions with employees.
You enjoy sewing and ideally have experience in this area, whether personally or professionally.
Excellent German skills are required. Good English skills will help you communicate with our international guests.
You have a friendly and open personality and are organized.
