    About Team:
    Focusing on customer, associate and business needs, this team works with Walmart International, which includes more than 5,200 retail units, operating in 23 countries such as Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Mexico and South Africa to name a few

    What you'll do:


    Bringing Passion to ideate, plan, and ensure customer privacy is at the forefront of all we doConducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the global retail landscape.

    Partnering with our International businesses to deliver Products which delight the customer.

    Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risksDefining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectivesBuilding collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadershipProviding overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needsBuilding a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solutionWhat you'll bring:Bachelor of Science and 6+ years' product management experienceQuantitative or engineering background is preferred.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
    Uncompromising commitment to the customer.

    Ability to drive teams toward a shared vision with velocity and possess an indomitable bias toward action in the face of ambiguity.

    Willingness to be bold - be undeterred by organizational obstacles and with aHigh tolerance for risk/low fear of failure.
    Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business and technical partners.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion product solutions throughout the organization.
    Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize.
    Platform experience is highly desirable.
