Quality Manager - Business Partner for Fruits & Vegetables (m/f/d) - Fixed Term

We ensure and optimize the quality of our products through analytical testing, auditing of production facilities, professional tastings, label checks, and monitoring of legal developments on a national and international level. As a member of our team, you will ensure the high quality of our products through purchasing and make a significant contribution to promoting healthier and more sustainable eating habits.

Your Responsibilities

Dynamic interface between operational purchasing and departments such as sensory evaluation, analytics, labeling, auditing, and sustainability

Competent main contact for the purchaser regarding quality and sustainability topics

Expert exchange, derivation, and implementation of measures to optimize product quality in the fruits & vegetables and flowers & plants category

Consolidation and integration of results from different departments to jointly optimize our international purchasing strategy with the responsible purchaser

Conducting sensory tastings and determining measures in collaboration with the purchaser

Preparation of results from external consumer magazines, NGOs, and suppliers
