The Grön Production Manager provides oversight for all daily activities of the production facility.

They plan and direct workflow and are responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, material resources, productivity, quality control, and all production.

This position facilitates the maximization of resources to achieve goals and is expected to ensure adherence to standard work methods and safe habits across all teams.

The Kitchen Manager creates procedures and systems regarding information flow, production, management, compliance, and business processes and seeks out opportunities to expand and improve upon existing systems.


Key Responsibilities:

General Operations

  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment through the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of production standards and procedures
  • Fosters a positive environment and builds consensus among staff in order to maximize efficiency and morale
  • Acts as a liaison to Senior Management to keep them up to date on production and kitchen operations
  • Conducts training procedures and expectations
  • Analyzes labor and production tracking in order to maximize scheduling and utilization of resources
  • Analyzes and identifies areas requiring improvement and develops solutions
  • Ensures all HR related personnel tasks are completed in a timely manner, such as, conducting personnel reviews, evaluating performance, approving PTO requests and approving biweekly timecards for payroll processing

Production

  • Oversees daily activities of production facility including planning, assignment, and general direction of work
  • Ensures that all products are consistently produced according to the company standards
  • Maintains all required paperwork, including production logs
  • Leads and assists with necessary inventory audits and general management of inventory so all necessary ingredients are stocked for production
  • Accurately medicate chocolate tanks using correct cannabinoids in a timely manner in accordance with the production calendar

Testing

  • Create products in SeedtoSale tracking software based off oil logs
  • Fill out SeedtoSale tracking tags
  • Submit products for testing on a weekly basis
  • Complete labs testing submission forms
  • Print stickers per standard testing requirements
  • Manifest samples to labs
  • Coordinate pickups with lab's Account Manager
  • Ensure all copies of SeedtoSale tags are saved and logged per standard procedure
  • Correctly file Manifests according to compliance regulations

Product Transfers

  • Determine all transferrable product ensuring all testing stages and requirements have been satisfied
  • Gather final batch specific SeedtoSale tags and manifest finished products in preparation for transfer to packaging and fulfillment

Compliance

  • Complete regularly required compliance forms and appropriate paperwork
  • Work with Operations Manager and Director of Compliance on any applicable compliance concerns

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of Leadership experience
  • 12 years of Conflict Management and Negotiation
  • 1+ Years of METRC Experience
  • Planning, Decision-Making, and Delegation

Work Environment:

This work environment can be loud due to machinery operating. The Employee may be exposed to cleaning chemicals and intense smells from different products. The environment is cool as our facility is kept at 68 degrees or lower to stabilize the chocolate.


Compensation:

This position starts at $65,000
