    Description

    Title:
    Senior Payroll Analyst


    Job Type:
    Contract to Hire


    Location:
    South San Francisco


    Pay:
    $4- 55/hr

    Responsibilities
    Process payroll for employees, including entering timesheets, calculating wages and deductions, and issuing paychecks.
    Review and reconcile payroll data for accuracy.
    Manage payroll taxes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and government agencies.
    Resolve payroll errors and issues.
    Provide support to employees with payroll-related questions and concerns.
    Stay up-to-date on changes to payroll laws and regulations.
    Administer the ADP WFN system, including troubleshooting problems and making changes to settings.
    Work with other departments, such as HR and accounting, to ensure the smooth flow of payroll information.
    Participate in payroll projects and initiatives.
