We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time employee for the Widerspruchstelle (Appeals Office) at the Jobcenter Landkreis Konstanz in Konstanz, VA.

This position is temporary and will be in effect until August 31, 2024.

The Jobcenter Landkreis Konstanz is a joint institution of the two carriers, Landratsamt Konstanz and Bundesagentur für Arbeit Konstanz-Ravensburg, responsible for implementing the Social Code II in the district.

The employees of the Widerspruchstelle are responsible for ensuring a legally sound and compliant application of the tasks outlined in the Social Code II and represent them in the courts of social jurisdiction.


We are currently looking for a Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter (w/m/d) (Administrative Specialist) to join our Widerspruchstelle team as soon as possible.


Your new responsibilities will include:

  • Independently processing appeals in matters related to the Social Code II, preparing corresponding appeal decisions, and handling court proceedings in the courts of social jurisdiction
