    Job Description

    Reporting to work promptly and being stationed as per the schedule.

    Maintaining a clean and appropriate uniform as per restaurant standards.

    Practicing good personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during shifts.

    • Sets up the side station with all necessary food items, equipment, plate ware, and supplies.
    • Follows the side station set-up procedures and reports any issues to the Chef.
    • Assists in food preparation and other assigned tasks in the kitchen.

    Prepping all food products according to company standards and recipes.

    Cooking all food to company specifications and quality standards.

    Ensuring guests receive high-quality food and service.

    Checking and maintaining adequate stock levels before the shift.

    Ensuring proper seasoning, cooking, and plating of all food items.

    Communicating effectively with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation.

    Restocking food items and supplies throughout the shift.

    Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.

    Following all safety guidelines and reporting any issues promptly.

    Assisting in other Back-of-House roles as necessary.

    Completing all station closing duties accurately at the end of each shift.

    Assisting in kitchen cleanliness and closing procedures.

    Performing any additional duties as required.
