Responsibilities:


  • Load and debag bottles as needed to support production.
  • Visually inspect bottles placed on the line for production and remove damaged bottles.
  • Bag all bottles not used for production and move them to storage as required.
  • Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of the product.
  • Ensure that the proper packaging materials are used for each product being produced.
  • Assist in performing changeovers safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing equipment for the next run to include size changes as needed.
  • Ensure proper code dates and monitor inkjet printers.
  • Complete the cleaning checklist and assist in performing sanitation of equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a highvolume manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data.
  • Must be willing to work ove1time, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, as required.
  • Minimum age: 18
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend.
  • Must be able to routinely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally 75 pounds.
  • To walk/stand on your feet constantly during your shift.
  • Maintain constant mental focus and constantly be aware of your surroundings.
  • Must be able to work in both very hot (more than 100 degrees) and very cold (less than 20 degrees below
zero) and in a very wet and humid environment for extended periods. Exposed to noise/vibration, and

chemicals.

  • Required to Stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, push and pull, bend, kneel, and reach above and below the
shoulder.

  • Repetition-Hand/Wrist Simple Grasping, Firm grasping
