Responsibilities:
Our leadership team is responsible for the full daily success and growth of our schools.
In overseeing daily operations, an average day as a leader may include:

*Greeting teachers, children, and families and ensuring a positive experience.

*Observing and coaching classrooms for high quality lesson plans and interactions.

*Ensuring program and staff accountability for all policies and regulations.

*Leading community events as part of our mission to give back locally.

*Strategic planning to help with company growth and expansion.

* of course, you will also be a fun and loving leader for our children by giving high fives, hugs, and passing out scratch-and-sniff stickers to our kiddos each day


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
