    Job Summary:


    Preferred Auto Dealerships is seeking a skilled and experienced Ford Certified Technician to join our team at our Grand Haven, Michigan location.

    This is a full-time position in the auto industry, with a competitive salary of $75,400 to $166,400 per year.

    As a Ford Certified Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Ford vehicles
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on Ford vehicles
    • Utilize diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve issues
    • Efficiently and accurately complete repair orders and timecards
    • Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle repairs and status
    • Keep uptodate with Ford technologies and service procedures
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Requirements:

    • Ford Certified Technician with at least 3 years of experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Own tools and equipment
    • Excellent diagnostic and problemsolving skills
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
    • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
    • Must pass a background check and drug test
