Process mechanic (m/f/d) at Maryville: We manufacture high-quality fiber composite components for the aviation industry using both machine and manual processes. It takes skill and craftsmanship to produce a top-quality product that meets all customer specifications. No two days are the same when producing prototypes and small series. In this apprenticeship, you will gradually learn the tasks of a process mechanic specializing in fiber composite technology (m/f/d) and after successful completion, you will be able to work flexibly in all of our production areas.

What you will learn with us:

Laminating fiber composite components using various production methods, resins, and fabrics
Mechanical processing of fiber composite components and assembly into larger assemblies
Quality assurance in the production of aviation components
Planning, optimization, and control of work processes and evaluation of results
Basics of mechanical and manual metal processing: turning, milling, grinding, sawing, drilling, reaming, filing, and thread cutting, as well as cutting and forming
Basics of control technology, e.g. pneumatics
