    Provide personalized service to each guest staying at NWLR. Personally greet all guests either in the lobby or initial contact. Empowered to exercise professional judgment in resolving guest issues. Make all reservations and appointments for guests. These may include restaurants (in and outside of the hotel), Wildlife, Spa, Golf, Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob, rafting, babysitting and all other requests. Keep a copy of updated menus, hours of operations, prices and other information necessary to assist the guest in making decisions on dining. Assist guests with mailing letters and packages. Provide or arrange for secretarial services for guests (typing, faxes, copies, etc). Assist guests with directions on and off property, provide a map when needed. Show rooms and suites as requested to make sure the room meets standards. Maintain neatness of desk area and lobby area (as needed). Assist the guest with any extraordinary needs/requests. Create & maintain ongoing relationships with local businesses, travel bureaus etc. Ability to perform front desk / PBX functions. Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere in the lobby at all times. Resolve guest problems, follow up with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist guests as requested with baggage, personal items or vehicles.

    -Possess excellent communication and public speaking skills along with confidence in speaking.

    Must be outgoing, polite, courteous, and service oriented. (Guest Services, Front Desk, Lodging)

    -Demonstrate understanding or willingness to understand luxury facilities and services.

    -Must be organized and have computer and typing knowledge.

    Must be able to speak English.

    -Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
