- Manage and lead a team of project engineers providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of all projects
- Continuously evaluate engineering processes for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement
- Identify potential risks in projects and implement preventative measures to mitigate them
- Ensure all projects comply with the necessary regulations and quality standards
- Effectively allocate resources, including personnel and materials to ensure project deadlines are met consistently
- Work closely with other department leaders to ensure coordination across project teams
- Provide detailed engineering status reports to upper management as required
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Travel may be required to learn about our products and environment, as needed
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10+ years of engineering experience, industry related experience is desired
- Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to shift priorities and multitask as needed
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
