You bring with you:
✓ You have successfully completed your B.A. studies in social work, social pedagogy, or special education. You have relevant professional experience in the field of integration assistance. Ideally, you have already worked as a team or case coordinator. ✓ You have a solid understanding of creating BEI-NRW and planning and adhering to budgets. ✓ As a leader, you understand the individual needs of your employees and can take their perspective.
