Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Rancho Mission Viejo

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our location in Detmold, to cover the NRW region.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to hospitals. Show us and our customers your exceptional service quality and outstanding customer service skills.

Your responsibilities:

Providing support to our customers in all insurancerelated matters
Developing insurance solutions and ensuring optimal insurance coverage in all composite areas
Customeroriented handling of all administrative tasks in close coordination with the field service
Negotiating with insurance companies
Occasional field service assignments

Your qualifications:

Education in the insurance industry, preferably with insurancespecific further training
Indepth knowledge of composite areas
Independent work style and strong focus on service and performance
Teamwork skills and a confident and convincing demeanor
Good MS Office skills
