• Student centered approach that promotes critical thinking;
• Incorporate instructional technology to promote student engagement and enhance the learning;
• Enthusiasm for expanding our Cooperative Work-Based Learning program;
• Develop and implement plans for the curriculum program assigned and show written evidence of preparation as required;
• Plan and use appropriate instructional/learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflects accommodation for individual needs of students assigned;
• Present a positive role model for students that supports the mission of the school district;
• Create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students;
• Establish and maintain open communication by conducting conferences with parents, students, principals, and teachers;
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, students, parents, and community members;

Other duties as assigned by the Principal or Director of Mathematics and Business that will provide for a successful program.
