    FOIA Junior Data Analyst

    About the Job and the Company:
    Are you passionate about data analysis and administrative support? IFAS, a service-disabled veteran, woman-owned small disadvantaged business firm, is looking for a diligent Junior Data Analyst to join our team. At IFAS, we apply integrated finance and accounting solutions to help our clients establish and maintain profitable business models. We are committed to providing timely and mission-focused services to our clients, making business operations smoother.

    Essential Job Functions:
    - Provide onsite records analysis and administrative support for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) operations.
    - Assist in reducing the backlog of FOIA and Privacy Act requests and referrals.
    - Handle receipt, entry, distribution, and tracking of incoming FOIA/Privacy Act requests.
    - Generate reports, correspondences, and catalog electronic/paper records.
    - Retrieve, distribute, and scan incoming/outgoing mail.
    - Conduct record searches, document reviews, and identify redactions.
    - Enter responses in FOIA electronic systems and archive records.

    Skills:

    • Experience in initial document reviews and reconciliations.
    • Able to perform record searches and maintain organized workflow.
    • Skilled in scanning, data entry, and correspondence preparation.
    • Proficient in document retrieval, management, cataloging, and archiving.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma.
    • Strong administrative skills supporting FOIA operations.
    • Ability to pass Security Background Investigation and be a U.S. Citizen.
