Job Summary:


The Digital Product Manager - Cloud is responsible for driving strategy, product roadmap, and performance for a portfolio of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud native solutions.

The Product Manager will partner with infrastructure teams, compliance, security, operations, end user technology and business teams to understand stakeholder needs and define product features.

The role focuses on maximizing business value to drive enterprise cloud adoption, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality cloud products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Create, drive and execute product strategy for one or more products in our growing cloud product portfolio
  • Manage the strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, financials, and backlog to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product
  • Analyze and understand the overarching cloud technology and business landscapes and develop strategies to deliver efficient, comprehensive solutions to satisfy those needs in an objective manner.
  • Listen to and incorporate the "voice of the customer"; invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs & habits.
  • Establish OKRs and/or KPIs to monitor success of product. Gather data and continuously make data driven decision to inform product direction and backlog.
  • Work directly with cloud engineering teams to execute on roadmaps, including writing user stories, managing the backlog, removing roadblocks and accepting delivered stories.
  • Develop and execute both an internal communications strategy for marketing your products.
  • Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the crossfunctional development organization on how to collaborate and conduct idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions and roll out.

Qualifications:


  • Possess a hybrid, resultsoriented skillset. Highly capable doing the many activities involved in building great products. Comfortable crafting presentations for senior audiences, and figuring out how to grow adoption of your products
  • Strong understanding and experience of cloud services across multiple providers
  • Strong understanding on the concepts of infrastructureascode and immutable infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of the different functional, security, operational, financial and organizational factors that play into running a largescale infrastructure, especially in public cloud
  • Proven track record of making data informed decisions
  • Ability to operate as an individual contributor to get the job done; at the same time, be able to guide a team toward an objective
  • Selfmotivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work with different teams within organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build and validate metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
  • Ability to be selfdirected and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong, consistent project management/collaboration tools capabilities: VersionOne, Confluence, business productivity

Experience/Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of experience building successful technology products either in an engineering or product
  • 2+ years of experience delivering enterprise grade software or infrastructure in a f
