Description

The Engineering Supervisor is expected to perform and supervise a variety of duties to maintain, repair and install equipment and physical structures.

Follow specific departmental procedures in performing repair, maintenance, alteration and installation work in a safe and neat manner. Determine defects, trouble shoot malfunctions, take necessary corrective action and record same on the departmental work order form. Responds to all pages, radio call and service calls promptly.

Coordinate with other department personnel the scheduling of electrician, carpenter, painter, and night engineer in completing service, replacement alterations and new installation work.

Lift, carry or otherwise move up to 50 lbs. regularly. Lift, carry or otherwise move up to 100 lbs or more, occasionally with assistance. Follow proper moving and lifting procedures.

Previous maintenance, engineering, and technical experience required.

From $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
• Property maintenance: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (preferred)
