- Develop and maintain robust data integrations using APIs across various platforms including HubSpot and CDG.
- Perform data cleansing and consolidation to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Create and manage Power BI and HubSpot reports to identify trends in customer behavior and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the BI Director and other key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data strategies based on organizational goals and performance feedback.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. preferred
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
