San Diego Pet Hospital is looking for an experienced CSR.
We are currently open M-F 7am-5pm


Compensation range:
$18.00-$19.00/HR

In this role, you are an ambassador to our clients and your main focus is to ensure that our client's needs are met in a timely manner while demonstrating a sincere compassion for our clients and patients

You will be performing public relations and clerical responsibilities and must be detail-oriented and work well under pressure


San Diego Pet Hospital is seeking a customer service representative to join our team Veterinary field experience is required for this role In this role, you are an ambassador to our clients and your main focus is to ensure that our client's needs are met in a timely manner while demonstrating a sincere compassion for our clients and patients.

You will be performing public relations and clerical responsibilities and must be detail-oriented and work well under pressure.


Hourly Wage :
$18-$19 /hr depending on experience and skillset.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Greet clients and their pets with prompt professionalism and courtesy
  • Enter / Update client information in Practice Management system
  • Admit incoming patients
  • Present treatment plans & invoice for services
  • Accurately take client payments
  • Maintain confidential medical records
  • Maintain all aspects of work place organization and cleanliness
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Scan and file medical records
  • Fax / Email information to client and primary veterinarian medical staff
  • Facilitate obtaining medical records from primary veterinarians
  • Provide options to clients and obtains signatures on corresponding legal forms
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisors and Management team
