This position involves evaluating potential public entity exposure, drafting accurate notices, and coordinating with attorneys to safeguard client interests.

The analyst also monitors and manages compliance with specific case milestones, while conducting due diligence to facilitate seamless case closures.

Their collaboration with attorneys and managers ensures accurate documentation and comprehensive legal risk management in every aspect of the firm's work.


Notice of Claims

Evaluate Exposure: Analyze reports of all incoming cases across various practice areas and offices to assess public entity exposure.

Accurate Documentation: Record findings of public entity exposure in the firm's database.

Liability Collaboration: Collaborate with attorneys to establish liability and ensure proper notification of relevant parties, adhering to state laws.

Timely Tracking: Draft, manage, and monitor timely service to public entities.

Draft Review: Work with attorneys to verify the accuracy of final notice of claims.
