We are currently seeking an organized and team-oriented individual to join our team as:

HEAD OF GOODS RECEIVING (M/F/D)

Completed training in logistics or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in goods receiving, ideally in a leadership position
Good knowledge of relevant legal regulations and provisions in goods receiving
Experience in leading and motivating employees
Organizational skills and the ability to efficiently plan and coordinate processes
Strong communication skills and assertiveness in working with suppliers and internal departments
Resilience and flexibility to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
Responsibility for the smooth running of goods receiving
Monitoring and control of goods receipt
Ensuring correct recording and labeling of goods
Organization and coordination of storage space for incoming goods
Checking delivery documents and invoices for accuracy
Collaboration with suppliers and internal departments in case of discrepancies or quality issues
Leadership and motivation of the goods receiving team
Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in goods receiving
Preparation of reports and statistics on goods
