We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in our Gilbert, AZ office.

Our Payroll Specialist is responsible for the following:

  • New hire entries and employee terminations
  • Process weekly payrolls for both W2 and 1099 contractors
  • Weekly, biweekly and monthly billing
  • Review contracts, agreements, and purchase orders as it relates to processing contractor payroll and client invoicing
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Arrive in business attire Monday
  • Thursday. Enjoy Casual Fridays

Required Qualifications:


  • Exceptional attention to detail is the key skill you will need to be successful in this position
  • Multistate payroll experience required
  • Intermediate to strong skills in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Must be well organized, dependable, and detailoriented
  • Some schedule flexibility is ideal during payroll processing days
  • Must be a selfstarter who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
