Will work closely with office staff to notify them of incoming calls, prepare outgoing mail and make copies or fax documents.

Role is to manage the office tasks while also answering calls from customers, answering questions, and helping visitors locate the correct office.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office management duties

  • Greeting and assisting guests and clients accordingly
  • Locking and unlocking doors to the office
  • Giving access via key or fobs to new members of the team
  • Organizing files for billing, customer and/or client records
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
  • Taking inventory of office supplies and placing orders accordingly
  • Ensure all mail and checks are addressed properly
  • Type, scan and copy respective documents
  • Receive phone calls, directing them to right recipients
  • Responsible to maintain the working environment hygiene
  • Responsible for technology coordination and set up
  • Acts as support to the business operations team
  • Will be responsible for updating, compiling, and managing office district reports
  • Will track reports via OneDrive and ensure proper access is given to individuals
  • Assisting financial advisors in business operations
  • Serving as liaison between advisors and planning department
Financial Operation Management

  • Complete required check handling certification and follow Northwestern Mutual guidelines and regulations
  • Responsible for reviewing checks for each representative in the office
  • Responsible for logging checks for each representative in the office
  • Responsible for depositing checks for each representative in the office
  • Responsible for overnighting checks to the Home Office in Milwaukee, WI

Qualification Criteria:

  • Health and Life License obtained within 90 days of employment
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to multitask, and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, & ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
  • Teamoriented and culture builder

Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year
