Job Description:
Enrollment and Marketing Coordinator


Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
-
Enrollment Management: Assist in managing the enrollment process for new and returning students. Work closely with partner schools to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.

Marketing Coordination: Help coordinate and implement marketing campaigns designed to increase student enrollment and promote brand awareness.

Campaign Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Britestar, partner schools, and external marketing agencies.

Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to inform our marketing and enrollment strategies.

Event Planning: Organize and participate in promotional events, open houses, and other activities aimed at boosting enrollment.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of marketing metrics and enrollment data; prepare reports for senior management.


Required Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a K-12 enrollment role, with a proven track record of success in school choice programs.

Skills:


  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with K12 schools or in a remote education setting.

Pay:
$51, $54,604.00 per year
