Your role:

  • As the Head of Agile Transformation, you will be responsible for improving existing development processes.
  • This includes all product development processes, including portfolio management, coordination with the global sales organization, marketing, and software development processes.
  • You will be supported by a team of agile coaches and experts.

In detail, your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an agile transformation strategy for all product development processes.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in existing processes and developing solutions.
  • Training and supporting teams and leaders in implementing agile methods and practices.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that agile processes meet requirements.
  • Identifying risks and issues and developing solutions.
  • Conducting regular audits and reviewing agile processes.
  • Developing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of agile processes.

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or a similar qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in software development and project management.
  • You have several years of experience in implementing agile methods and practices.
