Job Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to understand property criteria and investment goals
• Source potential properties through various channels, including online listings, real estate networks, and direct outreach
• Conduct property inspections and assessments to determine suitability for acquisition
• Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers to secure favorable terms
• Analyze market trends, property values, and comparable sales to inform acquisition decisions
• Manage due diligence processes, including property evaluations and legal considerations
• Maintain detailed records of all acquisitions and manage a database of potential properties
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals

Experience:

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably in the wholesale sector
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and property valuation
• Experience with negotiating purchase agreements and closing deals
• Familiarity with real estate databases, CRM systems, and property management software
• Ability to assess properties for investment potential and perform due diligence
