- Conduct thorough Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses for each vehicle in the fleet, taking into account acquisition costs, maintenance expenses, fuel efficiency, and depreciation.
- Utilize data and historical records to identify trends and patterns in maintenance costs and overall asset performance.
- CSA Score Improvement:
- Stay updated on FMCSA regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
- Implement strategies to improve CSA scores related to vehicle maintenance and inspection.
- Asset Life-Cycling:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the life-cycling of company assets.
- Conduct regular assessments of the fleet's condition and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.
- Utilize data and historical records to identify trends and patterns in maintenance costs and overall asset performance.
- Downtime Minimization:
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Analyze breakdown trends and develop solutions to address recurring issues.
- Collaboration with Finance Department:
- Work closely with the finance department to align asset offloading strategies with budgetary goals and financial planning.
- Provide financial forecasts based on the anticipated costs and benefits of asset replacement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze fleet maintenance performance.

- Resale Value Optimization:
