Your Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Document Management: Support our accounting department by scanning and entering receipts, registering new employees with the tax advisor, and entering direct debits.
- Communication and Coordination: Liaison with external service providers, coordination of appointments, and conducting qualification discussions.
- Office Organization: Support the management and ensure an organized workflow.
- Mail and Email Management: Responsible for processing physical and electronic mail.
- Purchasing and Logistics: Organizing orders and handling small errands.
- Customer Onboarding and Data Management: Preparation of onboarding boxes and maintenance of the customer database.
- Customer Communication and Support: Managing the onboarding process, gathering feedback, and regular communication with customers.
