Your Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting and Document Management: Support our accounting department by scanning and entering receipts, registering new employees with the tax advisor, and entering direct debits.
  2. Communication and Coordination: Liaison with external service providers, coordination of appointments, and conducting qualification discussions.
  3. Office Organization: Support the management and ensure an organized workflow.
  4. Mail and Email Management: Responsible for processing physical and electronic mail.
  5. Purchasing and Logistics: Organizing orders and handling small errands.
  6. Customer Onboarding and Data Management: Preparation of onboarding boxes and maintenance of the customer database.
  7. Customer Communication and Support: Managing the onboarding process, gathering feedback, and regular communication with customers.
