a Recruitment Assistant to provide support in our recruitment and onboarding endeavors.


If you have prior experience in recruiting and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, we would be delighted to meet with you.

Join our team and play a vital role in helping us attract and onboard top talent to help serve our patients across Southern California


Responsibilities:


  • Be the main point of contact for new employees going through Hiring/Credentialing process for our company.
  • Ensure data integrity through accurate data entry and selfauditing in ATS/HRIS systems.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to new employees during the onboarding process.
  • Ensure compliance with state/federal requirements, to include any preemployment medical and background screening.
  • Ensure completion and submission of required new hire documents, including all required policy acknowledgments on what documents they need to provide and complete prior to their start date.
  • Ensure complete and accurate electronic personnel files, including personnel records, adverse actions, completion of I9s.
  • Conduct all HR functions in accordance with applicable statutes, EEO, OSHA, FLSA, etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of employment law that may directly impact new hire workflows, processing and compliance.
  • Partner with other HR services to troubleshoot any technical error that may arise during the onboarding process.
  • Participate in meetings and/or manage projects as assigned.

Experience Required:


  • Onboarding, Hiring, Credentialing, or Staffing experience required.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Proven experience as an Onboarding coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, such as BambooHR/ADP, for managing employee data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Ability to negotiate and influence others effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
