Your tasks

Accompanying our customers in the planning and implementation of future-oriented workspace concepts, such as setting up MDS concepts and on-premises terminal server projects, among others with Citrix, as well as Azure Virtual Desktop planning including setup and implementation
Commissioning, service, and troubleshooting of IT systems and their applications at our customers' premises
Support, administration, and assistance with IT systems (servers and clients) of our customers
Supporting colleagues from pre-sales to project implementation and thus also being a contact person for other projects or complex inquiries from 1st & 2nd level support

Your profile

Successfully completed IT training and first professional experience in the above-mentioned area
