What to expect in this role:

As a service advisor at La Casita, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all caregivers effectively implement the La Casita concept. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting personal consultations with elderly individuals and their families (initial meetings, service starts, quality service discussions, and professional training)
  • Assisting in building a network to promote our meaningful services
  • Sharing your expertise and experience with our caregivers
  • Supporting or filling in for the scheduling department
