Description
  • Coordination of field service operations at approximately 30 international locations in Europe, as well as for globally deployed mobile clients
  • Management and coordination of SLA-compliant ticket processing in the IT and telecommunications sector, taking into account customer-specific and economic aspects
  • Planning of technician deployments domestically and internationally, initiation and tracking of logistical processes
  • Communication interface with customers and team for general and specific operational issues
  • Processing and documentation of operations in our service management tools
  • Completed vocational training in the IT field or equivalent qualification
  • Approximately 2 years of professional experience in the field of deployment management in the field service sector
  • Ideally, knowledge in logistics and service management systems, as well as experience in the military sector is advantageous
  • Organizational skills, initiative, good communication and teamwork skills, as well as customer and quality orientation
  • Fluent German language skills in both spoken and written form, basic English skills, and a Class B driver's license
