- Performance Management Data Management and Process Improvement: Support the annual performance management process through administration of a customized performance management tool and data analysis and facilitation support for end of year processes.
- Performance Management Training: Deliver training on performance management automated tools and business processes to end users.
- Performance Management Help Desk Support: During the end of year performance appraisal process, answer questions from end users and troubleshoot issues with use of automated tools.
- SharePoint Site Enhancement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for enhancing existing SharePoint sites. Implement customizations, configurations, and integrations to improve functionality, usability, and performance.
- PowerApps Development: Utilize PowerApps to create custom solutions, forms, and workflows within SharePoint sites. Develop PowerApps applications to streamline business processes, enhance data collection, and improve user experience.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows using SharePoint Designer or Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow). Automate routine tasks, approvals, notifications, and data processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- New SharePoint Site Setup: Evaluate business requirements and recommend the setup of new SharePoint sites when necessary. Configure site structure, permissions, libraries, lists, and other components based on organizational needs.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Document configurations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Power Platform developments, features, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and innovation within SharePoint environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- Proficiency in PowerApps development, including designing canvas and model-driven apps, creating custom connectors, and integrating with SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience in configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and other Office 365 tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Eligibility for Secret Clearance.
- US Citizenship.
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 services.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and other web technologies for SharePoint customization.
- Experience with SharePoint migration projects and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.

Overview
The Business Analyst will join an established AE Strategies team to support a Navy office located in Southern Maryland. The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting federal performance management programs and expanding the functionality and utilization of existing SharePoint sites within the organization. The successful incumbent will leverage their expertise in data analysis, administration, and SharePoint development, using PowerApps, to enhance existing workflows, automate processes, and potentially establish new SharePoint sites to meet evolving business needs.
