    Longevity Holdings (doing business through its subsidiaries ITM TwentyFirst, ITM, The Berwyn Group, Inc., Maple Life Analytics, LexServ, Fasano & Associates and PBI Research Services) is a fast growing company that provides senior longevity data, analytics and services to the pension, benefits, life insurance, structured settlement, and life settlement markets.

    ITM TwentyFirst is seeking a Senior Project Manager who has a passion for solving problems and delivering results in an organized and efficient manner.

    We need someone who is a strong and proactive communicator, can adapt quickly and add value to our fast-paced, growing business, and someone who can lead collaborative projects.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
    Engage with business leaders to align IT activities with business needs and analyze expected ROI of proposed projects.
    Develop and communicate program visons and roadmaps.
    Work with IT leadership, Development Leads and Business Analysts to initialize and structure projects for planning, reporting, and budgeting.
    Directly oversee select projects and/or strategic initiatives, including cross-division and cross-functional efforts.
    Proactively communicate statuses, issues, risks and mitigation to senior leadership; serve as a primary project issue escalation point.
    To be successful in this role, you will need the following:4-year degree or equivalent work experience with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise project management
    Great problem solving and process design skills.
    Quickly learns business and complex processes.
    Proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    Ability to achieve objectives with minimal guidance or supervision.
    Takes initiative and can work effectively in a team environment.
    Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
    Ability to communicate effectively.
