For one of our clients - an international chemical company located in the Düsseldorf harbor - we are currently seeking a
Supply Chain Administrator (m/f/d) for direct placement.


Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth operational processes for procurement and material disposition
  • Monitoring logistical supply chains in terms of order processing, documentation, inventory control, customer service, customer tracking, insurance, etc.
  • Maintaining material master data in SAP, analysis certificates, and transfer prices
  • 1st level complaint processing for warehouse and inbound
  • Checking invoices for warehouse, inbound, and subcontracting
  • Collaboration with sales, accounting, and logistics service providers
  • Monitoring delivery conditions
  • Project work
  • Communication with sales, accounting, and logistics

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration with a focus on supply chain management and/or logistics
  • Several years of experience in international companies
  • Indepth knowledge of supply chain management and customs regulations
  • Good knowledge of SAP (MD, FI) and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
