    Overview:

    Summary

    The main purpose of the role is the build, leadership, coaching & management of the IAI Network Specialist/KAM team to drive & execute exceptional performance & results of defined brand strategies at the local regional level, within compliance.

    The Regional Sales Manager is a pivotal member of the filed force team and is expected to take the initiative to lead cross-functional discussions and align on key tactics and Incyte ways of working to achieve the defined goals at the individual territory and regional levels.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Ensure territory priorities, activities and plans are aligned with commercial strategy and national strategic priorities to drive brand success.

    Recruit, lead, train, and coach IAI Network Specialist/KAM on a day-to-day basis through effective call planning, coaching, territory analysis and development planning, ensuring regular updates on skills in terms of medical, technical, and special in-field knowledge areas.

    Proactively and continuously understand territory needs, to build trusted relationships on a continuous basis.

    A small direct territory could be also assigned.

    Analyze the market development to anticipate market needs and/or changes.

    Build & maintain belief for Incyte dermatology product(s)with the team and external stakeholders and within compliance.

    Establish, develop, and implement Incytes business strategy to successfully launch our product in the regional geography.

    Develop a strong understanding of the size, dynamics, and competitive base of the local market through both data analysis and customer interface and be able to articulate customer needs.

    Manage assigned budget at the local, regional and territory levels.

    Ensure field team acts in full compliance with all laws and regulations.

    Use field promotional materials in full compliance with all laws and regulations.

    Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics acting within compliance and legal requirements as well as within company guidelines.

    Acts in line with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization.

    Assigned area: North of Spain

    Requirements

    University Degree in Sciences or Business

    More than 8 years of experience in selling/promoting pharmaceutical products preferably in dermatology.

    Good team player.

    Strong track record of success and evidence of ability to manage teams to high performance is preferred.

    Strong network of country dermatologists and strong experience of competitive drugs in the field of dermatology are preferred.

    Very good command of English, oral and written.

    Experienced influencing and communication skills.

    Knowledge of the national health care systems and compliance rules.

    Entrepreneurial mindset.

    Good IT-skills.

    Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative personality.
