Description

**Responsibilities

STARTING AT $19.50 per hour or higher depending on experience.**Primary Responsibilities
Load, unload, and secure product to ensure customers receive clean and damage free merchandise.
Delivers product to customer locations meeting established delivery goals. Collect customer returns in a timely manner.
Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and lawful manner. Responsible for the vehicle and its contents.
Complete daily route and all appropriate paperwork. Communicate obstacles to supervisor that prohibit us from meeting our established goals.
Complete daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
Actively seek to support implementation of and contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement to the delivery process.
Communicate customer feedback to sales and or supervisory personnel.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred.
Experience in the use of a pallet jack, and hand truck preferred
Valid driver's license, C class preferred, will train to obtain C class license.
Accidentfree driving record reflected during a rolling 36 months.
No Speeding violations for over 15 mph over the limit in the last rolling 36 months.
Ability to DOT certified
Geographical knowledge of the delivery service area
Ability to transport single cartons up to 100 lbs with the appropriate equipment.
Ability to use a manual pallet jack to transport pallets of product up to 2500 pounds.
Ability to work in all types of weather due to various climate changes
Repetitive lifting of paper, continuous climbing in and out of vehicle
Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time, continuous walking including stairs
