Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Canvasser to join our team. As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in engaging with the public and promoting our organization's initiatives. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about community outreach and making a positive impact.

Duties:

Conduct onfield canvassing to engage with residents and provide information about our organization's mission and goals
Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds to build rapport and gather feedback
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and providing accurate information
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong negotiation skills to persuade individuals to support our cause
Experience in doortodoor canvassing or similar field work is preferred
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
Sales experience is beneficial but not required
