    This role includes:
    Coordinating patient care in collaboration with other departmentsEnsuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheldProviding leadership, guidance, and evaluation of other caregiversEmbodying Mercy's mission, values, and guiding principles in all interactionsQualificationsLicensure:Current RN Temporary Permit or RN License in the State of MissouriExperience:Minimum 2 years of intraoperative experience as both scrub and circulating nurse3+ years preferredCertifications:BLS/ACLS – required within 1 year of hireCNOR & RN-First Assistant certification required within 1 year
